3ª Edición Smart P.A.E.: Innovación y tecnologías aplicables en los polígonos inteligentes

OBJETIVOS:

La Unión Patronal Metalúrgica de L'Hospitalet y Baix Llobregat (UPMBALL), con el apoyo de AEBALL y Smart Space, impulsan por tercer año consecutivo una nueva edición del 'Programa Superior SMART P.A.E: Innovación y tecnologías aplicables en los polígonos inteligentes y a la industria 4.0.

Este programa, al que podrán acceder exclusivamente 10 personas, promueve el emprendimiento territorial especializado, y está orientado al crecimiento basado en la innovación y la tecnología.

Es un programa gratuito, subvencionado por el Programa primer de pre-acceleración emmarcado en el programa Catalunya Emprèn y cofinanciado por el Fondo Social Europeo, con el soporte del Departament d’Empresa i Coneixement

Consta de 100 horas de formación, además de tutorías individualizadas por cada proyecto emprendedor y apoyo en la creación de las empresas Smart.

DIRIGIDO A:

Empresas emprendedoras, que deseen explorar nuevas líneas de negocio o de innovación, y poner en marcha nuevos proyectos Smart que contribuyan a mejorar los polígonos y las industrias que se ubican.

Personas emprendedoras, que quieran impulsar un negocio, conocer las oportunidades y las tecnologías aplicables en los polígonos y a la industria 4.0.

Formación técnica especializada (70 horas)

1. Oportunidades y necesidades en los polígonos de actividad económica:
1.1 Qué son y cómo se gestionan los polígonos industriales
1.2 Oportunidades: Problemáticas más comunes a resolver: Sostenibilidad. Seguridad. Conectividad. Networking y cooperación empresarial.

2. Tecnologías aplicables en los polígonos de actividad económica y a la industria 4.0:
2.1 Internet of Things: Conocimientos básicos. Pros y contras de las diferentes Ámbitos de aplicación.
2.2 Smart parking: Tecnologías de sensorización y gestión de los datos obtenidos. Otras tecnologías.
2.3 Señalización inteligente
2.4 Smart Acces:
- Control del tráfico: Turismos. Vehículos de transporte de mercancías.
- Diseño y Creación de apps: Conocimientos técnicos básicos. Modelos de negocio

3. El Mercado de los polígonos industriales:
3.1 La gestión smart de los polígonos industriales: Las principales asociaciones que agrupan los polígonos. Las Administraciones Públicas. Presentación por parte de responsables de innovación de PAE's del territorio. Entidades supramunicipales interesadas en los P.A.E. y convocatorias de ayudas.
3.2 Los polígonos industriales en Cataluña y a Compra de soluciones por polígonos, ¿a quién me dirijo?

Rocío Ortiz: Ingeniero Técnico Industrial en la especialidad de electrónica. Directora de Zona Cataluña y Aragón en Securitas Seguridad España.
Dr. Juan Mediavilla: Licenciado en Psicología, Doctor en Sociología y Máster en Dirección y Planificación de la Movilidad, es el Jefe de los Servicios de Movilidad y Vía Pública del Ayuntamiento de L'Hospitalet.

Susana Artó: Fundadora y Gerente de CONFIA CONSULTING. Combina las actividades de consultoría, formación, coaching a empresas. Formadora especializada en el ámbito comercial.
Esther Sardans: Especialista en comunicación pública y personal. Directora de ESS Comunicación, es periodista vinculada a los medios de comunicación durante casi 30 años.
Neus Olea: Responsable del departamento Técnico y Relaciones Externas de AEBALL. COO de Smart Space. Máster en Gestión Directiva de Organizaciones no Lucrativas. Programa Superior en Dirección y Administración de Empresas (PDAE). Licenciada en Derecho.

Esta relación de docentes no es limitativa, pues a medida que se vaya desarrollando el programa se puede detectar la necesidad de ampliar el equipo de profesionales previstos que conforman un equipo multidisciplinar pero expertos en el ámbito de las Smart Cities.

PALANCAS:

Este proyecto dispone de varias palancas o plataformas que se ponen a disposición de las personas participantes en el programa:

1.ª PALANCA / PLATAFORMA: DISTRITO ECONÓMICO DE L'HOSPITALET:

El Distrito Económico de L'Hospitalet acoge unas 400 empresas que agrupan unos 10.000 trabajadores. Engloba el Polígono de la Pedrosa, y los alrededores: la Plaza Europa, la zona Grande Vía Sur y la zona Fira. Disfruta de una situación geográfica privilegiada, en el centro del área metropolitana, entre la gran metrópoli de Barcelona, el aeropuerto del Prat, el puerto y la zona Franca, y en el mismo polígono se encuentra el recinto Gran Vía de la Fira de Barcelona, en cual se celebran certámenes como lo Mobile World Congress, el Smart City Expo World Congress, Internet of Things Solutions World Congress, Alimentaria, el Sònar, EIBTM, Biz Barcelona, etc. a los cuales acuden muchos miles de personas en todo el mundo.

Por todas estas características, el Distrito Económico se consolida como un polígono industrial que puede ser modelo de eotras zonas industriales del área metropolitana de Barcelona, de Cataluña, de Europa y del mundo, y todas las mejoras que se implementen tendrán una visibilidad muy importante y muchas posibilidades de expandirse a otros polígonos.

El distrito reúne los requisitos idóneos por el desarrollo de pruebas piloto, y para servir de trampolín a las empresas y emprendedores que trabajen con la implementación de mejoras.

2.ª PALANCA / PLATAFORMA: SMART SPACE:

Smart Space es el punto de encuentro de las empresas que desarrollan o comercializan soluciones Smart, el espacio donde encontrar la mejor solución Smart. También fomenta la transparencia de tecnología/innovación entre los centros tecnológicos, universidades y empresas, y ofrece soluciones específicas en materia formativa Smart. Es una plataforma donde se encuentran las grandes empresas suministradoras habituales de la administración, con las pymes innovadoras y las universidades/centras tecnológicos que pueden aportar el conocimiento.

Las empresas de Smart Space tienen un papel muy importante en este proyecto. Han colaborado en el diseño del programa, orientando sobre los retos de soluciones tecnológicas más interesantes a desarrollar en este mercado que podrían inspirar a los emprendedores. Participarán en el acompañamiento y una vez finalizada el proyecto podrán plantearse apadrinar las nuevas empresas, aliarse, fórmulas de emprendimiento corporativo, etc.

3.ª PALANCA / PLATAFORMA: AEBALL

AEBALL es la asociación empresarial intersectorial en la que se enmarca UPMBALL. Agrupa cerca de 3.800 empresas de L'Hospitalet y el Baix Llobregat, gran parte de ellas ubicadas a P.A.E.'S. Los proyectos emprendedores que surjan de este programa podrán ofrecerse a las empresas a través de AEBALL.

En cuanto a las soluciones que vayan destinadas en el espacio público, AEBALL es una entidad que colabora con muchos ayuntamientos y organismos supramunicipales con responsabilidad respecto a los P.A.E. Concretamente muchos de estos ayuntamientos participarán como invitados para exponer sus retos y necesidades en el Bloc 3 del programa formativo.

Entre todos los servicios que ofrece el AEBALL, hay que destacar el Servicio de Asesoramiento y Acompañamiento a Nuevas Empresas que consiste en diferentes acciones de asesoramiento y acompañamiento a las empresas emprendedoras.

3rd Smart P.A.E.: Innovation and technologies applicable to smart polygons


TARGETS:

The Hospitalet and Baix Llobregat (UPMBALL) Metal Patron Union, supported by AEBALL and Smart Space, promoted for the third consecutive year a new edition of the SMART Higher Program P.A.E.: Innovation and technologies applicable to smart polygons and industry 4.0.

This programme, to which only 10 people will be able to access, promotes specialized territorial entrepreneurship, and is geared towards growth based on innovation and technology.

It is a free programme, funded by the first pre-acceleration programme, which is part of the programme Catalunya Espa'a and co-financed by the European Social Fund, with the support of the Department of Enterprise and Knowledge.

It consists of 100 hours of training, as well as individual mentorships for each entrepreneurial project and support in the creation of Smart companies.

Entrepreneurs, who wish to explore new business or innovation lines, and launch new Smart projects that contribute to improving the polygons and industries located there.

This project has several levers or platforms made available to participants in the programme:

1st LEVER / PLATFORM: L'HOSPITALET ECONOMIC DISTRICT:

The L'Hospitalet Economic District houses about 400 companies that group about 10,000 workers. It encompasses the Pedrosa Polygon, and the surrounding areas: Plaça Europa, Gran Via Sud area and Fira area. It enjoys a privileged geographical location, in the center of the metropolitan area, between the great metropolis of Barcelona, El Prat Airport, the port and Zona Franca, and in the same polygon is the Gran Via de la Fira in Barcelona, which is celebrated by certainties such as the Mobile World Congress, the Smart City Expo World Congress, the Internet of Things Solutions World Congress, Food, the Sonatar, EIBTM, Biz Barcelona, etc., to which many thousands of people come around the world.

For all these characteristics, the Economic District is consolidated as an industrial estate that can be modelled on other industrial areas in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, Catalonia, Europe and the world, and any improvements implemented there will have a very important visibility and many possibilities for expanding into other polygons.

The district meets the appropriate requirements for the development of pilot testing, and to serve as a springboard for companies and entrepreneurs working with the implementation of improvements.

2nd LEVER / PLATFORM: SMART SPACE:

Smart Space is the meeting point for companies that develop or market Smart solutions, the space to find the best Smart solution. It also promotes the transparency of technology/innovation between technology centers, universities and companies, and offers specific solutions in Smart formatting. It is a platform where the usual large suppliers of administration are found, with innovative SMEs and technology universities/centers that can provide knowledge.

Smart Space companies play a very important role in this project. They have worked together on the design of the programme, targeting the challenges of more interesting technological solutions to develop in this market that could inspire entrepreneurs. They will participate in the accompaniment and, once the project is completed, they will be able to consider sponsoring new companies, aliating themselves, corporate impredency formulas, etc.

3rd LEVER / PLATFORM: AEBALL

AEBALL is the cross-sectoral business association within which UPMBALL is framed. It brings together some 3,800 companies from L'Hospitalet and Baix Llobregat, much of them located in P.A.E.'S. Entrepreneurship projects arising from this program will be able to be offered to companies through EPA.

As regards solutions intended for public space, AEBALL is an entity that collaborates with many municipalities and supramunicipal bodies with responsibility for the P.A.E. Specifically many of these municipalities will participate as guests to expose their challenges and needs in the Formative Program Block 3.

Among all the services offered by EPA, the New Business Advising and Accompaniment Service, consisting of different advisory and accompanying actions, should be highlighted.
